OatWell oat bran may also be used in liquid applications such as smooth yoghurt drinks and fruit juices. The highest inclusion level of beta-glucan from OatWell oat bran in liquid applications is up to 3g per liter. Liquid applications with added OatWell oat bran are aimed towards health conscious consumers in order to maintain a healthy heart, reduce blood sugar response, fibre fortification and weight control.
